Shipping & Returns

All orders must be received by December 10, 2009 to ensure a North Pole postmark and to be delivered before Christmas.    You can still order after this date, but your letter will not have a North Pole postmark and may not arrive in time for Christmas.   Order today to avoid delays! 

If ordering by mail - order must be received by December 5, 2009.

We currenly only  mail letters to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

If ordering only the Easter Bunny letter, all completed orders and payments need be received on or before March 21, 2010.
